A few changes to your daily habits can help keep damp and mould under control. Here are our top tips:

  • Keep your home’s temperature between 18°C and 21°C if you can.
  • Open bathroom and kitchen windows after showering, bathing and cooking.
  • Pull furniture away from walls to allow air to flow.

For dark spots of mould in wet areas, try soaking a sheet of kitchen roll in bleach and leave it covering the mould overnight. Remember to wear gloves and follow the guidelines on the bottle.
