Winter warmth packs (January 2023)

Update (07/03/2023). Unfortunately we cannot accept any new referrals until further notice. Please bear with us while we process our existing orders.

In partnership with Southampton City Council, the Integrated Care Board and SO:Linked (Southampton Voluntary Services), we’re pleased to be able to provide a Winter Warmth pack to those most in need.

This support is being offered through our affordable warmth service, Southampton Healthy Homes, and complements the local warm spaces initiative that helps city residents keep warm and well this winter.

Winter Warmth packs are intended to help vulnerable individuals, living in the city of Southampton, who may be at a higher risk of hospitalisation due to the cold.  This includes people affected by:

  • Cardiovascular conditions
  • Respiratory conditions (in particular, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)
  • Disabilities that are made worse by the cold
  • Age/frailty

Please read the guidance already provided to you before completing the form below to request a Winter Warmth pack for someone you know. The packs include blankets, socks, hats, soup and hot chocolate, and you can request additional items indicated on the form.

If you have any questions, please contact the Southampton Healthy Homes team on 0800 804 8601 or via keepwarm@environmentcentre.com
