Installers with access to Energy Companies Obligation (ECO4) flex funding
There are several installers working in Hampshire County Council and Southampton City Council areas that have access to the national Energy Companies Obligation (ECO4) local authority ‘flex’ funding. Some installers may install the works directly while others may work with partner companies.
As an impartial charity, we’re not affiliated with any third party installers. The tool below is designed to help you find a company that can carry out the work you’re looking for. Although we’ve asked installers to keep us up to date with their offering, the list may be subject to change.
To use the tool, simply select the measures you’re interested in and then click on ‘Show available installers’. You can select more than one option.

the Environment Centre (tEC) helps the above councils to process ECO4 flex applications. Applications do not guarantee eligibility for ECO4 (or Great British Insulation Scheme) Flex, and all applications are subject to assessments carried out by the local authority and an energy supplier.
