Southampton City Council has been awarded funding through the Government’s Home Upgrade Grant (Phase 2) competition to offer fully funded home energy efficiency measures such as insulation, air source heat pumps and solar panels to properties in your area.
These measures may help you to reduce your household energy bills and keep your home warm in the colder months. Funding availability through the programme is all subject to eligibility, technical feasibility and your home’s EPC rating.
You may qualify for the funding if the following statements apply:
- You are an owner occupier or private rental tenant
- Your home has an EPC rating of D E, F or G
- Your home is not heated by a gas boiler
