
Southampton Healthy Homes is the city’s affordable warmth service. Its purpose is to support residents at risk of fuel poverty and improve the energy efficiency of privately owned homes.

The results
In 2024-25, we facilitated 123 large measure installations for clients. Large measure installations include loft and wall insulation, heating systems, air source heat pumps and solar panels.
We also provided information, advice and guidance to 1,330 households, and achieved more than £1.43 million in gains / savings for clients.
