Call Handler

As an inbound call handler you will be a key member of our advice team, the first to respond to a wide range of enquiries that we receive on a daily basis, by telephone and email. These enquiries range from supporting vulnerable people with heating emergencies or untangling their complex utility bill enquiries to providing practical advice and support to help people live more sustainably.   • Location: Southampton, Hampshire
  • Salary (per annum): £17,200 – £19,200, depending on skills and experience
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Length of opportunity: 12 months, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Energy Adviser

As an Energy Adviser, you will deliver a range of activities, working with stakeholders across Hampshire to raise awareness of affordable warmth and energy efficiency issues, and assisting in delivering our energy and fuel poverty projects. This will involve providing appropriate telephone, written and face-to-face advice on all aspects of home energy efficiency, as well as more in-depth casework for some customers. This is a demanding but rewarding role as you will make a real difference to our customers’ lives.  Full job description here.
